39% Malbec, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petit Verdot, 9% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot
The highest quality fruit was double sorted and gently removed from their stems prior to fermentation in bins. Caps were punched down by hand three times daily throughout ferment. Once the process was complete, the skins were gently pressed in baskets. After being racked to French oak barrels, the wine was aged for 21 months
