Named 'Concrete Blanc' after its aging vessel, our Viognier is fermented in locally custom-made concrete tanks. This lends it a clean, mineral driven essence to match its honeysuckle-laced fruit.
90pts and Gold Medal - Toast of the Coast Wine Competition and Festival
An unlikely blending of two big reds — one from Bordeaux and one from Rhone — resulting in a nuanced, balanced, and supremely drinkable wine. The Cab's dense, dark fruits and notes of cocoa pair off with Syrah's pepper and smoke.
"The wine opens with aromatics of white pepper, anise, prune and red cherry. This leads to medium to heavy weight flavors of red cherry, rose petals, red raspberry, pomegranate and hints of leather. The bright minerality combines nicely with the dense fruit flavors in this excellent new release by Peachy Canyon. (Best 2016-2025)" - June, 2016 (OB) International Wine Report
Balanced, fruit-forward, and deeply opaque. A complex bouquet of herbal and smoked notes stir with scents of dark stonefruit. Prolonged tannins and an extended finish make this a great wine on its own, as well as with food.
A small lot, 100% Paso Robles Syrah that is lush with mocha and black cherry notes. A complex blend of smoky spices on the palate. Like all Peachy Canyon's low production wines, processed and punched down by hand.
