Old School House, Paso Robles
Ruby-black hue. Fragrant, layered scents of cherry, dusty slate, graphite and violets. Intense, though perfectly evolved, flavors of plum pit, blackberry and molasses. Orange accents tighten up the finish.

90 Peachy Canyon, 2005 Zinfandel
BFD, Paso Robles
Warm aromas of stewed plum, tar and damp earth. Soft, rich, sweet flavors of cherry and milk chocolate. Kirsch-like close packs a wallop.

Very earthy aromas of cherry, blackberry and black pepper. Concentrated flavors of blueberry, cherry pit and mocha. Lingering finish highlighted by lingonberry notes.

Deep, loamy aromas of black fruit and dried leaves. Buoyant flavors of cherry and black pepper are framed by dusty tannins. Black coffee intensity marks the close.

Ripe, though somewhat subtle - for Zin, anyway - aromas of cherry preserves, loamy earth, mocha and eucalyptus. Kirsch-like texture and punch frame flavors of cherry skin, pencil shavings and espresso. Black pepper tickles the palate in the close.

Westside, Paso Robles
Dusty scents of cherry compote, rhubarb and pencil show an herbal note. Very direct flavors of cherry liqueur, minerals and chocolate. Bright finish.
