This is our hot climate Zinfandel. Though it comes from a hotter area than our other vineyards it does not come across as an overripe wine. The wine is well balanced and of high quality. Sustainable farming practices & low yields combine to produce this outstanding wine. With black pepper, vanilla cream, and candied cherries on the palate. This wine is juicy and loaded with spice.

If Zinfandel can be described as elegant this would be the wine of choice. This wine must have been finessed into the bottle. Loads of cherries, strawberries and mild spice fill the palate. Along with these flavors come blueberry, cinnamon, black currant and sage brush aromas.

Though Petite Sirah is a small part of this wine it gives it different nuances that our other Zinfandels don't possess. The wine is make up of mint aromas, leather, vanilla with some mild to soft tannins. Fruit flavors of blackberries, stawberries and bing cherries. A few of the aromas are coffee, sagebrush and dusty earth notes. The wine also possess black currant and other spices.

This wine has a beautiful deep garnet color. The wine is full bodied with very well rounded tannins. Although this wine is full of fruit, it does not come across as overripe. Loads of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums and cherries are balanced with mild earth tones and mineral components.

This Zinfandel is a mouth watering experience that you will never forget. The palate has light tannins that provide a slight bit of grip not common in Zinfandels. Like all good Zinfandels this wine is full of different berry fruits. Also for your experience take note to the hints of leather, rhubarb, violets, anise, cinnamon and other spices. This wine brings together youth and age for our pleasure.

Flavors consist of raspberry, black currant, blackberry jam and blueberries. Other notes of smoky cream, cocoa, clove, hazelnut, cassis and red licorice.

Dark garnet color with a nice vanilla, spice and wood finish on the palette. Hints of cinnamon and raspberries dance on the tongue. This merlot has good structure and is well balanced with mild tannins. The finish is nice and well rounded.

Floral aromas followed by bright fruit aromas. The palette consists of ripe cherries, vanilla crisp oak flavors, blueberries, sage earthtones rosemary and lemon. The Cabernet Franc has a soft mouth feel and crisp beautiful color.

Dark ruby color, true to its varietal character. The palette consists of candied apples, anise, blackberry and black pepper.

Built for distance, this Cabernet has a beautiful tannic backbone that is accompanied by white pepper and mild stewed fruit. Definitely a wine that can be enjoyed now or years down the road.

This is our first white wine in four years and it's a beauty! A lovely golden-straw color, with citrus and pineapple notes on the nose. Lush apples, oranges, sweet vanilla and pears open gradually in your mouth leading to a finish that has a touch of crisp minerality to balance the rich fruit. This is a white wine for red lovers and it pairs well with various shellfish.

This is a blend of 5 vintages, starting with vintage 2000. The Port is made in a tawny style, it is smooth and easy drinking. There are also some ruby port characteristics. Flavors of toffee, caramel, chocolate, strawberry, bluberry syrup and roasted cashew.
