The cool climate allows for a slow ripening season with few raisins. The result is a wine that possess fruity aromas with nice structure, spice and balance.

The two Estate Vineyards brought their unique terroir to this wine since they are the same clone from different sites. Beautiful black pepper and spicy raspberry add to the elegance of this wine.

The most care possible was taken to ensure only the finest fruit was used for this wine. Three separate pickings accomplished this. The fruit characteristics are endless on the palate making this our jammy zinfandel full of strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.

The ripest of our Peachy Canyon Zinfandels and a favorite amongst our fans! Big fruit but nicely balanced with black & white pepper to ensure its fruit is not over powered by hints of chocolate. Delicious!

This wine has great depth visually and on the palate. By fermenting the Petite Sirah with the Zinfandel, it provides a solid back bone for structure but does not over power the zinfandel characteristics of blueberry and spice that are dominant.

This section of the Mustang Springs Vineyard was meticulously farmed to one cluster per shoot. Once ripe, the fruit was hand picked early in the morning and then cold soaked for three days. After a ten day fermentation, the wine was basket pressed and aged in American and French hybrid barrels. The perfectly balanced fruit from this vineyard is very apparent in the flavors of this wine. Mild sweet vanilla, light spices and blackberry essence. An elegant wine with a full mouth feel.

The flavor profile begins with a light coffee toast and black berries that produces a medium bodied mouth fill. Can easily cellar for the next 7 to 10 years.
