| Vinification: |
The grapes for this wine was hand picked and
sorted prior to fermentation. After an extended fermentation the pomace was then gently removed and pressed prior to aging in oak barrels. The oak barrels were made up of 25% New French, American, Hungarian Oak and 75% Neutral Oak barrels. |
