2006 BFD Zinfandel
The two Estate Vineyards brought their unique terroir to this wine since they are the same clone from different sites. Beautiful black pepper and spicy raspberry add to the elegance of this wine.

| Vinification: |
Hand picked and sorted prior to fermentation. The fruit was then cold soaked for 3 days then bin fermented. Punch downs were done three times a day before being basket pressed. Minimal New American Oak was used for aging. Prior to bottling, a splash of Petite Verdot was added to give the finish longevity. |
