2006 Vortex Zinfandel
The ripest of our Peachy Canyon Zinfandels and a favorite amongst our fans! Big fruit but nicely balanced with black & white pepper to ensure its fruit is not over powered by hints of chocolate. Delicious!

This is a blend of some of the Westside’s finest Zinfandel Vineyards. All of the fruit was hand picked, pre sorted , cold soaked and tank fermented for 10 to 12 days. The wine was gently pumped over 2 times a day to get the most extraction of color and flavor as possible. The wine was then aged in 25% New Oak from a number of cooperages. |
