2006 Mustang Springs Zinfandel
This wine has great depth visually and on the palate. By fermenting the Petite Sirah with the Zinfandel, it provides a solid back bone for structure but does not over power the zinfandel characteristics of blueberry and spice that are dominant.

| Vinification: |
The fruit was picked early in the morning and was sorted while it was 54°. The fruit was then cold soaked for 3 days before yeast and nutrients were added to the must. After a 12 day tank fermentation the wine was basket pressed and aged in 37% New American Oak before being bottled unfiltered.
