2006 Old School House Zinfandel
The cool climate allows for a slow ripening season with few raisins. The result
is a wine that possess fruity aromas with nice structure, spice and balance.

| Vinification: |
Hand picked and presorted to ensure only the best fruit make it into this
vineyard designate before being
destemmed. The fruit was then cold soaked for 3 days before inoculation
with RB2 yeast. The lower block fermented for 9 days and then aged in 29%
New Hungarian Oak. The upper block fermented for 11 days and then aged
in 33% New American Oak. The wine was then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
