2007 Vortex Zinfandel
The ripest of our Peachy Canyon Zins and a favorite
amongst our fans. Big red and dark berry fruit, bright
acidity, hints of chocolate and earthy minerals balanced well with black and white pepper. Delicious!

| Vinification: |
This is a blend of some of the Westsides finest zinfandel
vineyards. All of the fruit was hand picked, presorted,
cold soaked and tank fermented for 12 days. The wine was gently pumped over 3 times a day to get the most extraction of color and flavor as possible. The wine was then aged in 25% New Oak and American Oak barrels. |
