2007 Mustang Springs Zinfandel
Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aromas of black licorice, leather, menthol fill the glass. This wine is made up of a
full assortment of herbs and spices along with juicy raspberries and strawberries. The wine is also made up of dark chocolates,cloves and other smoky oak aromas.

The fruit was picked early in the morning and was
pre and post sorted. We then destemmed the fruit into cold storage
for 3 days. After a 12 day tank fermentation the wine was
basket pressed and aged in 37% New American Oak before being bottled unfiltered. |
