Port VIII (375 ml)
The wine used to for the Zinfandel Port is aged in barrels for several years. We do not rack, top or S02 the barrels. The skin to juice ratio is minimal and makes for dry fermentation. The lots are very high in sugar and are extremely hard to punch down because of the shriveled berries. The wine was then gently basket pressed and aged in neutral barrels.
