Vineyard, the fruit for this wine was fermented in tank where it received two to three pump-overs daily. After a gentle pressing, this wine was aged for 18 months in Hungarian oak barrels and French oak puncheons. After 12 months of aging, select barrels of Petite Sirah from the same vineyard were blended with the Zinfandel to produce this elegant wine.
