This Chardonnay opens on the nose with meyer lemon rind, green apple, toasty oak, and lychee. A taste reveals notes of creamy lemon bar and tropical fruit. The wine finishes filled with creme brule and biscuit.

This Chardonnay was whole cluster pressed into a stainless steel tank, where it was cold-settled for 48 hours. The juice was then racked to mixture of new and old French oak barrels, where it was inoculated with yeast and fermented. The wine was aged sur lees for 9 months, before being racked and bottled.
