Brilliant straw yellow in color, with bright tropical aromas of guava, lychee, pineapples, papayas and mangoes. Crisp green apples, lime and honeysuckle on the palate make this a soft and elegant wine.

Upon arrival at the winery, whole clusters of Viognier are gently pressed, and the juice allowed to cold settle for 48 hours. The supernatant juice is then racked, inoculated and allowed to ferment over the course of nearly two months. This wine spends its life in a combination of concrete and stainless-steel tanks in order to preserve minerality and varietal aromas.
