This wine is the result of picking our favorite barrels, from our favorite lots of Zinfandel in 2017. Sourced entirely from vineyards on the west side of Paso Robles, this wine is representative of our favorite parts of the 2017 harvest. Harvested over the course of a month, each lot was gently destemmed prior to fermentation, pressed once dry and aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
